Appellation: IGP d'Oc
Grape varieties: 100% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
Situated on either side of the Trévaresse mountain chain, at an altitude of between 200m and 400m, the soils are made up of clay limestone marls, sometimes a bit sandy and covered with rough gravel that has sheared off from the mountain.
Mechanical harvest with continuous destemming.
Racking at cold temperature before temperature controlled fermentation for 3 weeks.
ABV: 12.5 %
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Pale pink
Bouquet: Intense, on fruit, citrus in particular
Taste: Fine fruity taste, full flavor and lot of freshness.
Serving temperature and food pairings:
Serve around 9ºC – 10 ºC
Serving suggestions: Ideal for aperitif and also for the entire meal. Particularly suited for fish and mediterranean dishes. Will also accompany desserts with summer fruits.
