This wine is made from vines planted on South, South-west facing clay-limestone slopes.
Mechanically harvested. Pellicular fermentation For 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature. Matured on lees.
Appearance: Crystal clear with hints of pale gold.
Bouquet: Pineapple and white fruits like peach and pear.
Taste: A fresh attack, followed by fruit and softness. The character of a very good fresh and fruity, white wine.
Serve at 10°C
Serving suggestions: Serve as an apéritif, with fish in sauce or with dessert.
This wine can be kept for 4 to 5 years, but to fully enjoy its aromas it is best drunk within the next two years.
